Hi just needed a quick opinion on something. Is it a good time to start with aura ? Or should I skip directly to lwc. I have decent experience of Salesforce around 2+ years but never really gotten a chance to work on aura or lwc so now I’m upgrading myself and want to know which one should I go for. I’m currently working for a Big4 firm and I’m considering an offer from BDO for a base increase of $35k-$65k more. The pay is a lot higher so I want to take it, but I’m worried about taking an offer from a firm with less prestige. Does BDO have a good reputation? How’s the culture and WLB at BDO?

I got offers from Deloitte USI and Accenture. Both are offering 8.5LPA fixed. Which would be the best option? Need your quick suggestions pls.

Tredence Inc. Offer of 32.4 with 28 fixed
PwC AC Offer of 33.6 fixed with 15-20% variable
EY Canada offer of 105k CAD ( I hold a active Canada PR)

Yoe is 9.5 with 7 years in Management Consulting.

I am currently working as a senior connsultant in my project. My work is to supervise and help my team members overcome any hurdles or help them put away blockers. But I dont want to do this, instead I want a direct client facing role(onshore oppurtunity). How do I tell my director about it in a humble way, so that he doesn't get a wrong picture of me. There are other Sr.Cons as well in the team,but I am not sure whether they want onshore oppurtunity or not.

Both offering 10% variable pay and 1 LPA joining bonus

I’m more inclined towards Infy because they are giving me the location same as my hometown, whereas I’ll have to relocate incase of Deloitte

Which offer is better?

Hcl tech - as senior software Engineer (19.55 LPA in which 17.4 fixed and 2.15 variable)

Kpmg global services - as associate consultant (15 LPA fixed and 1 lakh joining bonus)
