Got an offer from EY Tech Consulting. Coming from D (20% at manager level), their promised bonus range seems lower (3 to 12%). How different is their model as compared to Deloitte Tech consulting? Travel also seems lower.

I’m coming up on my manager promotion in the next couple months, but have gotten an IA Manager offer with great pay bump/yearly bonus/RSUs at a decent size public company. Role scope will be both SOX & Operations, will this be a good path to Controller/CFO? I don’t want to get stuck in IA forever, but I would think the level of operational experience would be good and pivoting out wouldn’t be too hard after a year or two. Thoughts?

Need advice: I had a mental health breakdown a few years ago and stopped paying on a credit card. Forgot about it. Yadda yadda yadda. Recently received a Complaint for failure to pay on account for <$2k. I just filed my own Answer after using the internet to help come up with some affirmative defenses.
