Got an offer from ireland of 45k. I negotiated it to 50k. But now I feel 50k is also less given the situation and experience. Is it ok to re-negotiate ? The offer letter is out and have to accept it within 7 days.

I have become so sad and lost nd depressed over the job search. I don't even have strength to shower, or take care of myself anymore. 30 yr disabled nurse non-one wants to hire anymore. I wish admin utilized Tier 1 supports with teachers. Smiles, appreciations and acknowledging ones efforts would do a great deal to boost morale and climate. I just don’t understand what that is so hard to do.

My manager has marked me to his team till october and i am not on bench.Its been a month i am not getting any work despite of asking my manager (he always says i will ask xyz and never revert back).
Will i be paid now??
