Got an offer from JPMC VP role. Is joining JPMC worth leaving a remote job which is secure with a good WLB in these recession times. Does this look like mold to you guys? Complained to the landlord there was a musty smell coming from the vents when the AC came on and they had a crew come clean them. After that the air coming out seemed to smell clean, but the smell has returned. Picture is from today.

What the bonus% and hike% I can expect. I joined in April 2022.

I have heard bonus is 10% of your ctc.
Is this irrespective of your CTC and there is no capping.

Like if X person salary is 40lacs he will get 10% 4 lacs as bonus
Like if X person salary is 15 lacs he will get 10% 1.5 lacs as bonus
