ACN interviewer made a mistake and did case study interview for manager level role instead of consultant role. I have great feedback from 1st Interview and not so much from case interview because of this. I had a catch up with the recruiter this morning and he said they've now closed recruitment and have said they will get in touch with me towards end of January for Q2 recruitment and that I may need to do case interview again. Good prospects or bad?

Currently paying rent of $4K in Jersey City, and looking at buying a newly constructed home in the suburbs where my mortgage payment + property tax + PMI + home insurance will be $4.6K. Are there any obvious savings I’ll have which justify the increase in monthly payments? Buying for the first time and an immigrant, so any insight will be great. Thank you!
