Hi guys, my fixed pay shows LTA of certain amount along with other components - Basic, HRA,Special Allowance as part of my Total Fixed Pay. However, when I check the monthly payslip I noticed the LTA amount is not reflecting in my income. I have joined 2 months ago and its the same for both months. Any idea about the same?JPMorgan Chase

That’s two different jobs combined into one. As the director/head of something you should be making over 100k, most likely.
I feel the same way. I’m trying to be grateful for the offer, but it seems like an incredible headache with little payout.

How much annual revenue is each franchise worth? On it's face this looks like an incredibly low offer for what amounts to being a sales role, with marketing accountabilities.
So success would look like:
I find a individual who wants to own a Franchise with our brand(go to events, meetings, cold call, run ads, etc)
I close the deal (get a signed FDD)
They invest north of $500,000 and pay a $45,500 franchise fee (I get $10,000 of that).
I agree the bonus is good, but the salary is what’s killing me.
Seems too low to me. 2 jobs in one making less than 6 figures? Naaaaa, hard pass

You are but if they bet on you it should match in 6 months with compensation. Can you ask for equity?
It sounds like an internal transfer since you already work for them. If this would be a new employer I would say it's very low. BUT, is this a promotion for you based on what you currently make?
Look, the hard truth is that you are never going to get a good raise by your current employer. Every raise and promotion is going to be based on what you were getting paid prior. If you want to get paid fair market salary, you will need to jump ship.

I’m at the bottom of the Marketing barrel and I make 72k (which i feel is low) .. you should be making A LOT more as head of marketing.
