I had my first technical round of interview as Sr. Android developer with Tech Mahindra and It went well. How long does it take to know about the result. Also how many rounds are there? The interviewer refused to say his name nor he appeared on video in the interview. Is that the company policy? Tech Mahindra

I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?
I don’t know why but this made me LOL! 🤣😭

Job in hand is worth two in the pipeline. Accept this, work with the other potential offers to bring forward the timeline.
Better to not start than cause issues for the hiring company. There's bound to be someone who wants that job more than you. Hiring is an expensive exercise and the hiring manager would be expecting you to stick around a decent time and be productive. Put yourself in the hiring managers shoes and then think how you'd feel about it.
Best you wait a little longer for a more suitable job that motivates you; better for all involved including you.
@OP They would drop you in a second if they needed and wanted to. Do what you need to do. HR and hiring managers bail on candidates all the time. So why do we as employees always have to be polite but hiring managers can’t be respectful back? The culture has to change on both sides
Imagine if you hated this new job more? Can you defer your acceptance? I think I’d wait personally
If someone accepts an offer and started but are still interviewing, what do they tell companies they are still interviewing with? Do they just pretend they still work at their last company?
Thanks everyone for the input. I accepted the offer and will continue hunting mainly because my current company is insufferable. Fwiw, i will only start end March in the new position

No. If you take that job you'll lose the momentum.
Personally, I have accepted job offers, signed the offer letter then said I decided to pursue something else. I felt awful every time I did it and recognized that I may have burned bridges.
That said, I’ve never actually regretted it. Companies let go of people all the time, companies hire less qualified applicants all the time, managers promise promotions and don’t follow through all the time and I’m sure that they feel bad about it too, but they do what they have to do. I think you should do the same.
Take the job, and continue your interview process. Secure what you have right now, no guarantees in life.
How did you get the start date so delayed?
For one, I am not in the US. so notice period is fixed by the employer and agreed at the start of employment
My current contract/company policy states one month. Then I asked for another month of break, which the future employer agreed to. It's very common in my country
