Wipro is trying to transform itself. They have some great people there trying really hard to be successful. What I would say is they talk about diversity being important but they don’t do the things needed to put their money where their mouth is. While they offer referral fees and are measured on achieving this goal; they are not held accountable. That lack of accountability bleeds into a lot of other areas too. I have been working there a while. A lot of consultants wash out there. You really have to be a jack of all trades to be successful there or you will get exposed pretty quickly. This company will burn you out pretty quickly

Depends on your role and level. Wipro off lately is not doing that great but if you are in a wrong project/company then you better look out for options. Infosys, TCS, Cap are good options
