Got approached for a director role at Avanade and recruiter says they can meet my 300k salary ask. That salary alone would be a ~60% increase in my total comp (moved internal at D a year ago). Any red flags about Avanade? Would be tough to give up my current 9-5 flexible schedule but at that comp imagine I should apply / see how the opp seems right?

I wanted to reschedule my hiring manager screen this week because I tested positive for covid and feeling sick with symptoms. Recruiter seemed annoyed and said hiring manager is busy for the rest of the week so I kept the original time slot. Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII.
