Got blind sided into a “meeting” today by my boss, her boss and her bosses boss. Is it hard for them to inform me ahead of time that they want to schedule a meeting with me? I don’t mind constructive feedback, but it bothers me that they nit pick every decision I’ve made as a clinician. Really annoys me that they are calling into question my clinical independence. Love my patients, but PT in the SNF world is becoming too much of a business and not enough actual healthcare.

Hello! I have 9 years total of healthcare experience and 5 years of that I was a Residential supervisor for a brain injury rehabilitation. My goal is to eventually live off of several properties that I rent out. Not sure how many I would need but started by buying a condo last year when I had 20% down payment.
