Got called out by a fellow associate for not “pulling my weight” on a deal when I’ve been drowning and billed 250 this month (buried in other deals) relative to their 160. 🤪

If the partners know about your workload then I wouldn’t worry about it. Either ignore the email or respond saying you were sorry again. Personally these things get under my skin so I would probably talk to the associate to let them know the situation. I feel that this almost always removes hard feelings. If the associate is an ass then definately ignore.

I am in a relationship for 3.5 years now. .
We both love each other. Used to enjoy the company emotionally and physically. We took it bit slow as it was 1st relationship for both of us.
For initial years we tried various stuff on bed and we both enjoyed it thoroughly.
And finally last year after 2-2.5 years of dating when we were comfortable enough, we decided to have sex.

But, after many unsuccessful attempts we discover that she might have medical condition vaginismus

Starting work next week. Likely WFH the whole year. I have a standard morning routine that I would like to try to keep. What’s a reasonable time for me to start working?

On the other hand, what’s a reasonable time for me to log off? Say I come to good stopping point and I fall asleep around 9:30pm. But then something happens at 10:30pm and i’m asleep… would partners be pissed?

Just trying to navigate some potential issues. Any advice would be great!

Please let this post (if you haven’t noticed the others) be your sign to check in on people. Think about your teams for a minute. If you have someone who used to be really on top of things, and now they’re really not, it could be depression -- not whatever other assumptions you’ve made about what’s up with them.
Does anyone have suggestions for how to professionally ask someone if they’re REALLY okay?
