The stamping process was initiated but it couldn't complete as the USCIS offices were shutdown die to the pandemic. Asking for advice! I’m a Sr. Manager Social/Digital at a brand making 120k/yr, 5 YOE. On track to promo to Assoc Director by EOY (140-145k). I’ve been at this org for 3.5yrs—growth has plateaued. I have an offer from a bigger company: Community Engagement Lead, 120k/yr also, 30k sign on bonus. Oppty to learn more (org has good resources). Safe option=stay where I am. Moving will let me grow but at the expense of a salary bump. Is the move worth it for a vague “Lead” title and same level of pay?
