Hi friends,
How is the WLB in LTI ?
Anyone from Boston Consulting Group Boston Consulting Group (BCG) working in non-consulting - Technology/Engineering/Global Services?
How's the work life balance? Glassdoor reviews are full of "long working hours" and hence wanted to know if it's the same with non-consulting folks as well?
How far is it true across the organisation?
Please help me shed some light to decide.
Thanks.

OP you listed your problem above. A specific dentist at a specific office will be in or out of network. If you took an appointment with a different dentist at the office, they may not be in network for you insurance
Did you confirm that they were in fact out of network? Review your policy details?
Bad assumption on the list. Sometimes those lists are outdated. The provider should tel you when you make the appointment your coverage and terms.
Okay .. situation is, I went to the same dentist’s office but took an appt w a different desist than what I had in the list. Should I still be able to get them waive the balance?
I would def try - complain to the office too that you assumed you were getting scheduled w whoever. But yea unlikely to get fixed
A typical charge for regular cleaning is 200
Agreed. Most plans cover cleanings at 100%. Additional services are usually paid at 80% with 20% coinsurance. You should check your receipt if you had any line item beyond the cleaning (Fluoride, xrays, etc.) that’s why. Y
If you see something you didn’t have or really got charged 600 for a cleaning then you should raise a stink
Seems like my insurance only covered 80%. Anyone else has similar issues?
What did you have done, just a typical cleaning?
Yes. In and out in less than 45 mins. Also one of the worst ones I have ever had done on me.
well gold grills of your name are expensive :)
Maybe they did a deep cleaning or scaling....or double check your overage with provider
No. I did not.
That’s an expensive visit without a happy ending
