Got in a car accident and havent been sure how to deal with getting care. I use the VA and they paid for my ER visit, some medication, and a primary visit. I need to see a chiropractor but I'm not really sure what I'm supposed to do since that's the only insurance I use and they take months to get any appointments in presently.

It was the other drivers fault but I have to come out of pocket until care is completed then haggle w/ em. Do I wait on the VA? Just pay cash to someone local? Recs?

Talk to a lawyer. They will be able to guide you the best.

If it wasn't your fault, you don't need to pay. Go and visit a civilian doctor that can actually see you sooner than a couple of months down and can give you better care than the VA. You may have to pay out of pocket for the visit, but that will be refunded. Talk to a lawyer to get more details and let them navigate through all of the legal BS.

Check with legal. Some companies have free legal services as part of your benefits package.

HELP! B2G and now adding B2B accounts!

I've worked for my company since August and I've mainly been prospecting in behavioral health centers.

However, the other two AEs want me to support them (only BDR) and they handle corporate employee accounts/non-healthcare.

Anyone have any tips for the B2B space and who I should prospect? They didn't give many pointers lol.

After 6 years of temporary contracts and unstable situations, I find my dream job in my dream company. All of a sudden the world goes upside down and I get laid off. I start sending hundreds of applications, with only 2 recruiters getting back to me to say I don’t have experience for the job (this is how it works in Italy). Add a terrible health situation in my family and it seems there’s no light at the end of the tunnel. Ugh. 😞

Hi tax 🐠,

I have a question for those who prep individual tax returns. My parents claim my grandfather as a dependent on their tax return and due to their low income, receive PTC for the premiums they pay on his insurance (not eligible for medicare). However, would it be advantageous to have him file for his own tax return (he stays with my parents and doesn't have his own proof of residency via bills). If so, can he get PTC if his income is 0?

Anyone have three kids and working in big law? I just found out I’m pregnant with no. 3 and it’s been a lot trying to juggle morning sickness, but based on my experience, I know this is only the tip of the iceberg of what’s to come. My husband and I are elated, but the anxiety of being a mom of 3 kids and working in big law is preventing me from truly enjoying this news. It would be good to know what it’s really like having 3 kids so that I can evaluate how long I really have left in big law.

How much would a 30 day supply of Vyvanse (30mg) cost me after insurance? I know this is going to vary by plan but I'm still curious as to know how expensive of a medication this is.

My pharmacy informed me that the insurance will not cover without authorization from the psych. My psych was wary about this & instead suggested Ritalin during my session. He mentioned that insurance companies want us to first try Ritalin because they are generally cheaper. How much truth is there to this? Thanks!
