Looking at you MBB & FAANG
MBB folks on H1-B who recently switched to FAANG - did you run into any issues with visa transfer? My transfer has been filed and I’m a bit nervous about USCIS’ perception of consultants and the current sentiment around H1-B visas.
I accepted an offer for a T2 firm but haven't started yet (background check in progress) and just received an offer at an MBB. Should I take the MBB and renege on the T2? Any advice on how to word this to the T2? Should I renege after I sign with MBB? Are there any repercussions I should be aware of? Thanks for the help!

Is WLB better at S& than MBB/Tier2 or worse? I feel like it’s probably the latter because of Utilization/PwC culture, but want to validate.

Any Deloitters can share a little bit on how the pension works? From what I see 401k is 25% match of 6% of salary. Then pension is 1.5% of base?
New AWMA... curious to know what a reasonable salary expectation is and what the growth looks like for an associate within a growing ensemble. For context, background is more analytical, taking CAIA level 2 in a couple weeks, then plan on pursuing CFA.

Does anyone know if comp at Uber is negotiable? Had interview for a Program Manager role and was given a tight range by the recruiter.
I’m in discussions with a PE company regarding a strategy role. What is typical regarding equity, exit “adders”, multiples, etc. in compensation? Some of the comp terms they mentioned are totally new to me and I want to understand the landscape to negotiate appropriately.
C right now at Uncle D and thinking of making the jump to PwC or BCG with all the layoffs. Have an MPA and 6+ years experience. What's a good salary range for my interviews??
I just join this great project but I have no idea what I’m doing - my coding skills are rusty. I am filled with anxiety and depression because that I’m not performing the way I need to be. At this point I’m thinking of just rolling off, to avoid embarrassment... I dread waking up every morning because I feel like I’m dragging down the team. Not really looking for sympathy, just needed to ve

Spinoff question... I know FMLA technically only covers you if you've worked for 12 months at your employer but has anyone actually had their employer say "sorry you we only here for 10 months so you can take your two weeks of accrued vacation, after that we'll expect you back." ? Since FMLA is unpaid anyway, I would imagine most employers would at least let you have unpaid time off.
For my Accenture folks, how is your learning management work in the federal space? Is the project work and opportunity there?
CRT is over and I was wondering if PwC will layoff people this year in Cyber as certain markets are not performing well.
