Wanted to share smth I found recently. I felt like it was pretty darn accurate. I’ll provide the link here but there’s a screenshot I took that I feel I can relate to quite heavily. https://pairedlife.com/love/infatuations
I’ve struggled with so many heavy infatuations before and a friend recommended this. Hope it helps anyone else out there who’s gone through this or may be going through this right now.

It's ok to take a break! But it's a good idea to force yourself to socialise sometimes as well
When I find myself in this situation I just remind myself that actions dictate your mood and not the other way around! Remember that time spent with your friends will require effort but it will make you feel so much better than staying in alone and be 100% worth it.
Don't beat yourself up over it, but next time, choose the social thing and then take note of whether you enjoyed it and are glad you did it. Sometimes when you are down, or anxious, it's the path of least resistance to just stay home and eat (comfort seeking). It's almost a feeling of inertia. Once you put things in motion (shower, change, etc.) it's easier to follow through, and once you are out and about, it can add some balance and joy to your life, which helps you to put things in perspective.
Thanks everyone u_u I'm gonna try to break some patterns I've created for myself
You are welcome, OP. Baby steps, and see whether it helps you. Also, do not set perfection as your standard. Make incremental steps, be kind to yourself, and take note of the impact on your mood disorder when you do put yourself out there. Good luck, OP!
The eating too much part is the only issue i see! Enjoy some alone time
I always eat too much... Passive comfort ://
