Whats penrod?
Really? That's messed up. Deloitte, Deloitte Gov and some recruiting agency for Deloitte reached out to me about Salesforce opps a few weeks ago. Was thinking they were having a hiring spree...
I also had the same set of folks reach out - specifically for architect level roles (if that’s helps shed any light)
Check out Slalom, they have a big SFDC practice
The Slalom Salesforce practice is on a trajectory to be Salesforce’s top partner - high growth and doing it the right way. They are currently improving some hiring practices. With the local model, it’s possible that some of the people included in the interview process don’t know salesforce, which is something they are working to change. Overall, the practice is becoming more global with a focus on growing people, growing skills, and creating a great culture. I would definitely recommend looking at slalom for Salesforce.
Are any of these positions folks are mentioning with prior SF experience? I don't have any but looking to get into
Yes, most of these roles require sf experience. I would recommend you to focus on trailhead do all the sf admin modules. To get work experience there are alot of non profits that need people or find gigs via up work or post ads up on 5iver offering services for 25-35hr to get experience and then you can reference that on job applications. Feel free to msg me me if u want further guidance. Happy to help!
Please send me a private message have that role in big pharma.
