Cliche but don't give up. Succeeding despite adversity is what makes us better. A 74 shows you are on the cusp. Go get it!!

I got a 73 and a 74 and had to be honest with myself that I could've been putting more effort into studying. Lock yourself up for however long you think you need to study before the next one (no going out, study before and after work, etc) and you'll get it! It's worth the sacrifice

Obtain MC from Becker, Wiley, Gleim, and any other source you know. Doing those MC will help you succeed

Do questions/flashcards/listen to lectures whenever u have a couple minutes free (on ur commute, on lunch break, on the toilet)
