Last year, during the pandemic, as an untenured teacher, I was properly evaluated. This means i was held to regular standards in a time where school was anything but regular. The school tried to fire me, but failed to fill out the paperwork on time and was forced to bring me back for another untenured year. I currently feel i am not being given a fair shot. My dept. Head keeps nitpicking things no other teacher is being scrutinized for. How do i address it?
