KPMG I cleared all the rounds of my interview with KPMG and was asked to provide necessary documents and fill a CAF form a week back and had a HR discussion too. I have requested for about 3Lakhs additional fixed pay since my current CTC has increased and HR said she will get back on this. It's been a week and haven't heard back on the offer letter. How long do you think I should wait. Please wait.

Matching a 35 percent raise? Yeah, stay
Congratulations!!! Another Big 4 consulting position is obviously better than USDC.Go for it.
Depends on personal preference. If you like traditional consulting (traveling, benefits, career growth etc. )Sure. Otherwise USDC is nice and cozy. ;)
Is your offer to an SC level?

35% is too less ..ppl are jumping in excess of 100 % at mid level positions...
Not everyone will get 100%. 30% or more is decent enough to make a jump imo
Depends on the actual numbers. What will be your new base comp after they match. Also, are they making you sign something to prevent you from leaving in another 6-12 months?
Were you looking elsewhere just for money or other reasons like WLB, opportunity, culture, etc.? The answer to that is your answer to stay or leave.
My current project work is boring (although easy and I get plenty time for myself) and I am hoping the new role will be exciting to the least…Culture wise I think both are same..
If USDC matches your offer and you got a good project why leave unless you want to move to a unknown with a traveling role. Don't forget your looking at a potential mid year base increase and a promotion next year.
