Disclaimer: ignorant on rollovers…trying to mitigate that here. Currently rolling over my 401k with a previous employer to my current employer, per their requirement. The previous 401k intuition cut me a couple checks (pre-tax and Roth) and now I’m supposed to mail those to the institution running my new/current 401k. Hi everyone, I got approved for an L4 position at Google in the Bay Area and wanted to know how much compensation I should be expecting. My decision came back really fast and the recruiter told me it was because interview and referral feedback was very positive. Currently an SDE2 at Amazon (promoted in April) in NJ with just over 2 YOE. My current base is ~150k and TC is ~180k. I read that the median TC for an L4 in CA is ~250k. Should I be expecting more because of my positive feedback? Thanks!
