Which firm? Seems low.
EY
This seems low for strategy. I would give a higher range, especially with how hot the hiring market is right now. As MC1 said, I would go for a little more. If it’s too high they’ll let you know. I just shot really high with another big 4 and they agreed to my range.

I think it's fair for Deloitte. COL doesn't matter here and 110-120k seems in line with SCs with little YOE.

EYP strategy pays 120 for senior associate and 150 next year for consultant

Sorry consultant makes 170
Ask for more or let them come with a number first. No need to negotiate against yourself like that.

Ask for 160-170. Strat consultants make more.

The lowest amount you should put down is 125K
isn’t senior consultant post mba role at Deloitte consulting ? Should be 200k tc no?
I don’t have an MBA though
Very low. My friend had zero consulting experience but did have an MBA - started at 165K at a Big 4 as an SC.
I don’t have an MBA though
How many total YOE do you have?

EYP doesn't hire at that level with only 2 YOE, so I think OP got an offer from EY. I don't think they have a proper strategy group but they probably have some strategy aligned type teams like Cloud Strategy.
Was offered 115k (could have probably pushed to 120k) at KPMG with 2 years at D in an HCOL so that seems accurate
you can ask for 130 if in nyc/sf/la, everything else aint HCOL
I would suggest to put 140. Not 120-140 since they would consider 120 in this case.
