At LTI You will get almost 100% variable pay. Back to office.. no one knows..I think atleast no back to office for this year...

Yes it's based on rating. And company performance. So variable mostly ranging from 80 to 120%

Yes mostly Variables are more than 80%. Sometimes will get more than 100. I have seen till 120%
