Overwhelmed and overworked, and my apartment is in disarray, nothing too crazy but I’ve just been mentally out of it and can’t right now. Hired a cleaning person to help me with the main areas so I can at least start from point A again. I feel so relieved and they are super kind. Experiencing significantly more back pain since the last month. The work setup hasn’t changed. It’s a generic desk, footrest and ergonomic chair. Suggestions welcome on what I can add to my setup to make it more comfortable. I do take breaks and stretch once in two hours.
