How're you an SM with 5 years of experience? Wouldn't that put you at senior 3, or manager 1 if you had an early promo?
130k seems low for the title but seems ok given the YOE.
I made SM in 7 the normal route and really wanted 6. So 5 is a stretch but could give you enough fire power/experience to be marketable in that role. You should likely be 130-150 but depending on market you might be ok on comp if that’s just base pay.

Based on YOE, no. Based on title, yes.
I agree with M1
Another thing to consider is work life balance. Are you working 40 to 50 hours a week? If so 133k does not seem bad. 80 hor weeks? 133k seems low. If you could get $175 or 200k but have to do 15 hour days and weekends would you be cool with that? Just some food for thought.
OP that seems pretty good for what you make. You could also do side work or start a side business to make more $ with your free time. B4 takes up way more time than you have to put in.

Shop it by getting an offer at another firm.
Ask HR for a salary band for SM
SM is just a title. 5 years of experience you are not underpaid.
I’ll echo what everyone else is saying. 133k is very low for the title but fine for your YOE. I’m at around the same base as a senior financial analyst with the same YOE in MCOL. I agree with others that you should shop around and see how other firms value your SM title. Could get a huge pay bump if so!
Seems low for your title but agree with others on it being decent for the YOE
PwC takes 5 years to make manager but MCOL pay is $130k plus ~10% bonus
Sounds like you are underpaid but more likely your firm uses an inflated title for your role.
