Any suggestions on securing an interview with Apple in Austin in a senior quality manager role? I interviewed with them late last year for a role but didn't make it to offer phase. I've been in quality for over 20 years spanning several industries. Just looking to cut thru the applicant pool if anyone can help. Apple
McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

Hi folks, I have recently joined Publicis Sapient taking an offer of 14.4 LPA. I have total 4.5 years of experience and my previous CTC was around 3.4 LPA. I had various offers in hand but not one to counter this one and PS is providing me 4x+, so I couldn't negotiate much.
Another thing is I was an immediate joiner as I had left my previous organisation 3 months ago so I couldn't wait to think about this offer.
But now I think it's low, what do you think please let me know and suggest.

Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google

Many Googlers apply 2+ times before getting hired. Try again in a few months. Sometimes it’s skill, sometimes it’s plain old timing.
Kindly, don’t view Google as an end-all-be-all. There are many great companies out there that are as good, if not better, than Google.
Can’t make that determination for you G1, depends what you’re looking for in a company
Your recruiter should be able to help you here. Have a debrief with them.

Move to a more cloud or product friendly company
Spend a few years and then apply again.
Either that or aim for another role and then try to transfer 2 years later
Chief
You can transfer after 1 year but it takes 2-3 years to develop the reputation and experience to move to a more sought after position.
It's not like you join and can then move to whichever position you want
I was rejected once on last round, but 3 months later a google recruiter (not the same one) reached out to me again.
