Got selected in Accenture for 'Associate Manager' position. I have 8 YoE. HR round today. Someone please tell me what's the maximum salary I can ask the HR? My expectation is 22 LPA fixed (I know Accenture has 20% variable pay). Is this fair amount or is there a chance HR can agree over and above 22 LPA as well?

Don't worry ask whatever you want... Recently my clg frnd got more than 100% hike(9 LPA to 20LPA) for a technical role itself... I believe there wont be any issue
