Got selected on 31st March in Tcs, they offered 75% hike and after that they came back to me and said approval was rejected and then told we can give you 35% hike. I agreed but today they came up to me and said, We are sorry there is no more requirement for your role.

What should I do now? What will you guys do if in my place?

Hey! I got an offer today from R@kuten for Sr Business Analyst of CAD $110K+15% annual bonus. Verbally in conversation with recruiter I had asked for CAD 115+10% annual bonus. I was initially offered $110k+10% annual bonus. I think I’ve already priced myself low which might be decent (not sure) for Toronto but way less in comparison with Bay Area where most of team will be based off. Working Canadian big law. Really burnt out and not enjoying work. Very understaffed and work product is suffering. Partners not hiring new associates, classic toxic work/availability expectations etc etc. have an opportunity to work with a boutique firm, make same amount making now but plus % of billables. Smaller deals and less sophisticated but opportunity to help grow the firm and be more entrepreneurial. Weekends generally protected and lower yearly target. What would you do?
