Considering a switch from SA to TPM. Have started questioning my love for building things. Also thinking the path to director and above needs to go through project management. I just found this tax info out which only hurts unmarried individuals and benefits married. I wanted to sell my home due to equity in it at todays listing prices and apparently if a single individual, any home that sells more than 200k over your original purchase price you have to pay a huge capital gains tax… now,if your married they give you a 400k differential and anything over that you pay capital gains. Ex. Unclear of why this tax law hasn’t been updated? Wow! It’s an extremely biased

Looking for thoughts on starting AD relationship for an eventual Rolex in SF vs smaller market that I have ties to and visit frequently (Phx, Denver, Vegas, etc). Biggest hesitation in SF is the best AD for brands I’m looking at is Tourneau and I will likely relocate sometime in the next 2 years.
