Anyone is aware about Q1 2022 promotion letters? My cycle is still pending with the IOU HR. If anyone can help plz on this quarter promotion cycle timeline.

I am currently in the running for a supervisor position within my current brokerage. This position would include keeping all my current responsibilities as an account manager along with supervising up to eight coworkers. Has anyone gone through this before? If so, what salary increase should I be expecting? Is it bad to negotiate a salary for a promotion within my current company?

Hi 🐟, Is there a way of clearing QET career framework assessment 😂 by referring some sites? I'm manual tester & they have assigned me QET automation UFT, QET Automation Selenium and QET Automation API which are not my skillsets. I told them to change it, my manager has also send them mail saying that she is manual tester not automation please assign her manual assessment but they haven't done that yet. These guys at my firm seem to have the same high school mentality and style of jokes.

I graduated from my LLB last year and I’m still not sure what I want to do with it.. I’m currently just working a customer service role to keep me going until I figure out what to do. I’m really into the social services and also wouldn’t mind a job in the legal field just not sure I wanna be a lawyer per se.
