I am so conflicted and not sure what to do. A company I wanted to work for was not ready for hire when I first reached out in Sept. Since then I have accepted a job at a outpatient oncology clinic, starting in Jan at a renowned hosp. Having said that the other company does more of what I was hoping to do when I left my previous job. The company is a vessel for new ideas in healthcare helping their community specifically with seed funding, & launching their own programs. I have no idea what to do

What is the package range for lowest position in Band 6 like 6C or Analyst 1 designation ??

Very new to the luxury watch world so this bowl has been incredibly helpful! I have a milestone birthday and set a goal to purchase a Rolex (specific to the brand since a family member had one). From reading through a lot of posts in the bowl it seems like you need to build up a relationship with an AD. Is that true for any Rolex or only more unique/rare models? Thoughts on Laco? Looking for a basic aviator with a decent moment (Sellita in this case) and enough water resistance to wear at the pool, on vacation, etc. Haven't seen many posts on Laco here and search didn't turn up much. They seem to fit the bill but I've never seen one in person.
