How does investor relations comp scale at a UMM / MF? What is the progression timeline like?

J1 & J2 together make about 200k although there is no room for growth in either but WLB is amazing (< 10hrs per week). Stuck contemplating if I should abandon overemploy to chase promotions seeing that I could eventually get to my current salary with my job. Just feeling a little stuck over all. I know many consultants most likely make more. Any one else feel this way or have any thoughts? I was thinking of looking for a different J1 and slowly try to climb up if possible.

I have 3 years experience being an account manager in a large brokerage. I got promoted to be a supervisor to a small team of account managers and started at $77k and have now increased to $83k 6 months later. Does this sound fair based on my 4 years experience in the field or am I underselling myself?

I have below offers Im considering and further negotiation is not possible because of budget constraints.

DBS is my current client company and offered 20 LPA as I resigned.

DBS : 20LPA Fixed + 5LPA variable (Associate)
Wipro: 21 Fixed + 10% variable( Team lead, B3)

Fixed CTC: 22LPA
RSUs: 150
No joining bonus
Appraisal only starting October next year

They are not negotiating on the salary but might consider for RSUs. Should I consider joining them? Is it a good company for career and growth in the future?

I am a bit skeptical to post publicly this question but no other choice...i got an offer from a company for 21 lpa with 2 l JB ...i was happy with it and didn't try other companies as well... recently just before one month before joining date they revised my offer and gave 29 lpa and received a mail to re accept offer...no hr discussion ...
