Can someone confirm the 2nd yrs headed to PE not getting bonuses? That seems fucking insane.

I am 1000% sure that if you don't stay until August 15th you don't get it. Which is great considering most PE start dates are in June/July
Someone at JPM just told me rankings are out but not numbers for IBD and reiterated that if you stay till 8/15 you are definitely getting something
Yeah but no one's PE contract starts that late
Yeah as mentioned, those are figures from last year and expected to be flat given pay raise and bad start to year. Also as mentioned, most if not all PE start dates are in August.
And those are first year numbers from last year - don't know this year's but expecting them to be on par given salary increase + terrible Q1 and 2 for banks
Fwiw, class of 14 at Citi is getting a 6m exit bonus that will be essentially the same as we got in January but pro rated
