I have a offer from ey india - client morgan Stanley with offer - 23 lpa fix + 20 percent variable. I will be working from pune location. Project will be somewhat relevant to fraud detection Another offer is from citi with 24 lpa,project related to market risk And third offer from hsbc of 20 lpa with project related to insurance domain and i will part of a team they call as api team. Want to understand which offer should i go for ? My priority is wlb and technical gowth, company culture

Have anyone done contracting negotiations before? I've interviewed for co A & B and co A extended an offer today. The offer does not meet my current salary. Co B's interview structure is 3 rounds and I've finished my 2nd round today. The recruiter mentioned that since I am a contractor my current salary is incomparable as they will provide benefits, etc. Is this true? I have 2 yrs of contracting HR exp from fortunate 500 co’s & OMW to get my SHRM-CP. Appreciate your advice in advance.

I have done POC's on Facial Recognition System using python, WebRTC, Machine Learning and Data Science. Later I worked on Angular as Frontend and Laravel as backend. Hi! Does anyone know what kind of knowledge is needed to crack the Data Scientist interview at Google? I'm currently working in Marketing Analytics (primarily using SQL and a bit of pyspark). For context, I have had my first interview and got rejected but the email says that they will keep me in mind for future opportunities. What is the likely hood of that happening?
