Graduated 3.4 UGPA in engineering and economics from a non-target school. 3 Years experience. If I am aiming for M7 how much of a stretch is that and what kind of GMAT score?

I’ve been working as a mortgage professional for over 3 years now and have found it unfulfilling and draining, even with the industry where it’s currently at. Would returning to school to pursue an MBA or other masters degree afford me the opportunity to make a switch to PE? Have had a few friends in PE and some in consulting say the same. Currently making 180-220k a year as a MLO, but the work is stale and looking for a potential exit. Any advice?

Curently I'm an undergrad student and an MBA student. I started my bachelor's in Aug 2020, from which I graduate in Dec 2022. I started my MBA classes in Jan 2022, from which I graduate in Dec 2023. I want to apply to Amazon as an MBA intern, but it requires the following basic qualification: 3+ years of experience which occurred after completing undergrad and before starting MBA.
