Hello fishes! Can someone help me with the hiring process in Nike Netherlands? I have an interview coming up and I want to know the best way to prepare for it. Apparently there is going to be a case study and some behavioural questions. Anyone can help with me what to expect in the case study and the behavioural questions? Nike Nike, Inc.

Hey all, Tom here
Succession vs Billions?
Probably Avanade - platforms/products like oracle or SAP come and go.
That being said, don’t pick your offer based on the name of the practice. It’s possible the work you end up with in “Advanced Analytics” is neither advanced nor analytics. As an engineer I find that oftentimes these offerings are more marketing than substance.
So based on what I have spoke with them about it’s most likely Power BI, and SQL work and in the future possibly actual data science but no promises.
I was in a similar situation when I graduated and chose Avanade. Still there and love it. My friend from school chose capgemini. He’s still there, but was on the bench for long periods, and was always worried about that. I’ve only hit the bench for limited times and really enjoy the projects in analytics. The biggest difference inmho is culture. Avanade is great, cap seemed like a place to be a number.
Sure
Firms aside, advanced analytics seems way more interesting than being on an ERP project
Yea they don’t let us choose, they said I will get oracle or sap and they choose
Avanade
It's not Oracle or SAP and firms are firms. Practices matter more.
Culture will frequently vary based on the local office you're assigned to.
It’s in Texas
Go to Avanade then transfer easily into Accenture to travel more and make more $
Would that actually work? Iol
While you are starting your career, put ALL of your focus on learning. Next 3 years, focus on teaching yourself new skills - both Technical and Communication wise.
Capgemini will cap you in a jail like environment. So you know what your choice is.
Can you ask more questions to someone beyond HR? If so, ask what their utilization is like? Ask what project possibilities are? They likely won’t answer but you never know.
As an entry level employee, I would take what’s best for you. Some say you shouldn’t chase money but I would look at taking the one that offers more. That $5k will take time to recoup and you likely won’t get more unless you leave and you can always leave. As a point, Capgemini raises last year were 3-6%.
Avanade uses the same technique as Accenture (the parent).
Also, I am really considering the culture aswell, I want to work somewhere with a cool environment and where people are friends outside of work etc
It's the same in Belgium!
Counter offer Avanade to match the Capgemini offer.
Yea, :/ sucks
Tough call, both will be solid. Avanade certainly deals with mainly Microsoft tech, so keep that in mind if you have strong opinions on .NET lol
How is cap vs Avanade reputation when you try leaving?
Avanade
Avanade! Their Data & AI teams are working on lots of interesting projects, particularly in Intelligent Industry Solutions.
College hires are typically placed in regions with higher volumes. It is in their interest to get you billable ASAP.
