I'm a "chick"....and you care way too much about what other ppl are doing. Although the guy complaining to his MIL about not getting any deserves to lose his man card permanently.
Embrace the grey!
I hope you're a chick, because I'm getting really disillusioned with the quality of Male America after reading many other similar posts here on the FBowls lately .
Men complaining to their wife's moms that they ain't gettin any, guys worried about a messy house that the maid didn't clean up so can't invite friends to watch football, man worried about buying a fancy $300 belt. What in Sam Hill is this land coming to?
I am brand new to fishbowl (joined 5 minutes ago). I can't imagine that my advice is going to help you, but here I go for what it's worth : My advice embrace your well deserved grey hair. I have some mentors that are 10-12 years older and they dye their hair....it looks terrible - it looks like they dye their hair....do you know what I mean ? Spend your time working with your clients, enjoying time with your family and exercise....you will feel great and your grey hair won't matter to you.
Agree on the Moroccan oil
I have been going grey since I was 22 and I have been dying since then too. A) go pro at home isn't as good and it will dry your hair out. I love milkshake products they smell great no ammonia in them. B) I add a glossing treatment every other color treatment ( I treat every 6/8 weeks) it helps with glossy mom dry hair c) use decent products I go all organic and wash my hair twice a week. It works for me I have chemical allergies so I am careful with all products including my hair dye, shampoo and conditioner. D) wash less it is painful to get to washing twice a week from washing daily but it is worth it.
Make sure you retain as much hydration in your hair as possible. Once you strip out those oils, it's hard to get that shine back. If you wash your hair daily, start training it to go longer w/o a wash. Start small and work your way up. After a few months you should be able to go 3-4 days without a wash. Also, start using argan oil on the ends after you wash.
Razor blade
Because I used to have really low maintenance hair my product choices are really unsophisticated. Just whatever's in the drugstore and cheap. So I'm open to suggestions.
Kpmg1 - products?
Lol OP nice . I care too much except that one guy, he was over the top !!! Love it
Glad you're a girl tho , Normal for girls to fret about their hair and I'm glad y'all do
OP, go to a hair salon for starters and then you can switch to at home once you get professional help and advice
I like Oribe (pricey but worth it), pureology, and Moroccan oil products.
Bumble & bumble Hairdresser Invisible Oil shampoo & conditioner. Have a professional do the color. Otherwise embrace the grey.
