Dude this is a very blanket question and not sure if fishbowl is right platform for this.

The answer to your question would depend on various factors personal to you - what course, what university, uni rank, etc. So maybe get some counselling on this. There are many orgs like IDP, collegepond, etc. to help. I wish you the best.

And not sure why you’re comparing Duolingo with GRE and IELTS.

I agree that so many technies want to do that. I meant that the platform is created by glassdoor and they share a vision of helping working professionals. When you’re asking about MS, you’re in the role of a student.
