Interviewed with MS 2 weeks back for a Sr. PM role and followed up with recruiter today... they say that the team just finished with interviews last week and needs time to make a decision. Is this normal? Does a verbal offer take this long? Or is it just cos they are working on a formal offer?

Why does the recruiting process after passing all interviews stall? We are at a standstill in salary negotiations and I am losing momentum joining? Common problem?
