A little background: it was a gift to him by a family in Cuba he helped bring over after Castro came to power. I know it was serviced by Patek in nyc by my father 2 years ago - so I know it is authentic.

That model is worth a milli plus
Got it - if you have any movement pics I think it would still be great to see! Maybe some of the paperwork from Patek could help identify the reference number as well.
Also, yes, more than one tick per second.
that’s one hell of a watch wow :o
Yeah I’ll buy it for $3.50
Just the fact that the Tiffany is at 12 o clock is massive. Check out Ben clymer on YouTube. There’s a video where he goes into his Patek collection, I think the video is from revolution watch.
i’ve seen the video you’re referring to but i’m pretty sure the tiffany stamp varies in location. on calatravas it appears to be consistently at 12oclock
Looks like a Calatrava from the 60s -- that might be a starting point for your research
Looks like a mid to late 1950s mode
Looking at PPs from the 50s/60s and I'm having a hard time finding one that lines up with the one you posted, just from the aspect of hands, dial markings, crown size, and lugs. It also looks like some of the minor details aren't quite right - the two markers at 6:00 and 9:00 aren't lined up, and some of the minute markers don't look quite right either (see: 47-49).
Are there any markings on the back of the watch? Are you able to remove the caseback and provide a picture of the movement? Is it automatic or manual? Is it ticking more than once per second?
Back of the watch is engraved with his initials and is manual wind.
