Is there a way of bypassing the H1B lottery? I was told by an external recruiter that if I joined their London team, after a year I could go through H1B process without the lottery. Hi all. I’m looking for advice on how to transition out of my Econ consulting role. I’m afraid that I’m stuck here - over 10 years in antitrust litigation/regulatory economic consulting. I have done a little bit of everything: quantitative and qualitative analysis, coding in SAS/Stata/SQL and recently taught myself some Python, client relationships, project management, & managing small teams of analysts. Has anyone paid for premium processing for their I-140 out of pocket? EY filed my I-140 in June 2021 and is working on my I-485 now. I asked if I can pay for premium processing since the Texas processing center takes 11-13.5 months but I am not sure it will be worth it if the I-485 takes a long time. Thanks!
