A) talk about it.
B) make sure they understand that you care about their kids as much as they do and that uou want the best for the kids and want to work with them. It's really hard for some teachers to let go. Sometimes they know this and sometimes they don't.
C). Compliment them. I'm sure you don't want to, and maybe they don't deserve it, but it tends to interrupt the negative feelings.
D) if nothing else works request a meeting with an administrator and three teacher to talk about it.

I had to deal with this my first two years....I simply told them that they are doing a disservice to the child...I always ask what would you want from your child's teacher and I also try to understand their point of view because kids do behave differently in varied environments....
You can also try to make whatever interventions, modifications or services you are providing that teachers idea. Ultimately, teachers want to have some authority and control in their classroom. You can start by asking them leading questions that you know lead to the outcome that is desirable for the student.
I am lucky in that the high school I teach at simply writes me in as the main teacher of the subjects my students have ,such as English IV, and they switch classes as their peers do. I am lucky that the general ed teachers and I have a good relationships.
