With your degree and teaching experience you could work in HR in the training and development department working with adults and more pay.

Get a career coach. There many things you can do. HR, Data Analyst, Business Analyst, project coordinator, leasing manager n many more.
My firm is actively hiring a ton of entry level finance roles, I know a number of people here who were also public school teachers before making the move. Starting pay will probably be around 45, then bump up a bit to 47.5 after licensing. So the pay is pretty comparable to teaching last I heard, if not more. Plenty of room for growth in the company and field (I had no prior finance experience or education). We also do referrals so if you're interested I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have :)

Corporate training. Technical writers make a lot.
Also customer success roles.
You can definitely pivot! People make big pivots like this all the time. You just have to acknowledge that it'll take time and effort to make the change, but it'll be so worth it.
A few tips to get started:
-Do some deep self reflection on what you've liked and not liked so far in your career. A great book for this is Designing Your Life. Happy to send blog posts and other resources for this if helpful.
-Get out there and talk to people. Loads of people. Ask them about their jobs and their career path (they'll love it, people love talking about themselves). Use these convos to learn about different careers and see what's sparking your interest.
-Ask each person if they recommend someone else to speak with. Build that network so when it comes time to apply for jobs, you have some warm leads.
You got this!
