I have 3.4 years of experience in software testing both manual and automation. I am working for a product based company which is near my home town, non metro. My CTC is 7 LPA.

I got offer from JP Morgan, for 10 LPA for Bangalore location. I have asked for 16LPA, after negotiation i asked for atleast 13.6 to 14LPA

HR's said i will confirm with Business what can we increase.

Please suggest am I getting enough, or should I decline the offer and try somewhere else?

This is for my cousin . He is having offers from these 2 :
Reliance jio on 3rd party payroll(Orbus international) for 6 months or Unthinkable on Daffodil payroll ?
Yoe: 1.5yrs
Role: DevOps engineer
Ctc : Same in both the companies . Slightly higher in Reliance jio.

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

Strongly prefer working from home. Person who called from all three companies, IBS, CTS, Wipro are saying its currently wfh and will continue for sure and can also talk to manager and get wfh etc etc.

I have to fill BGV documents for MBRDI there is one question where it is asked whether I have interviewed in MBRDI earlier or not. I have already given an interview in MBRDI 1 month ago but got rejected because of deviation in the profile of whatever they were looking for.
