Both the NY CCO and creative chairman/president who’s based out of NY left at the same time just a few weeks ago. I would wait to see who takes their jobs before joining and how things pan out.

When you’re first starting out, it’s hard to get that first or second gig. People know that. If you have options, maybe it’s not a great time to go there. If you don’t, hopefully you’ll be doing work on a smoothly running account and it will all work out. But you could always leave.

There’s a lot of talented people but overall it feels like a place without a real creative vision. Not a bad agency, not a great one, just meh.
Would love to hear more if you’re willing to share.
I think it’s a place with great potential. How good your experience is here depends entirely on what business you get to work on. Take a look at what’s been made for the clients that they’re hiring for and see if that’s in line with what you want to make.
Thanks friend
Grey used to be a great agency. Right now is a hot mess. I’d suggest you check other shops.
