Has anyone here left a great job to start their own company? Did you do it alone or with cofounders? Did you bootstrap? How advanced was it before you quit your job?

Hi! I requested a raise in late august and am still waiting on confirmation. Last update was 3 weeks ago from my boss who said he put in the request and is still waiting on approval. I can’t help but think they’re just delaying until the new quarter which is the normal raise period. Is a month and a half a long time to be waiting for this? And if it is approved is it reasonable for me to ask for “backdated pay” to when I originally asked?

Hi guys, I am currently working in TCS but in vendor payroll with 4.5 LPA, they are doing a conversion to TCS payroll after working for a year. How much should I expect? They are offering only 15% hike. Also any idea if I resign now, can I join back to TCS again? Because technically I'm not in TCS payroll right now.

I’m in charge of our school incentive program for this upcoming year to keep the kids into virtual learning. We are distance learning until at least October. I can not think of incentives for distance learning! Also, does anyone have a good platform for monitoring PBIS type behaviors? I know about Class Dojo, but know there are others....

Since I started teaching writing, I started looking for a way students can write on their phone. I found that Microsoft Word Online, and Google Forms work best. They write on their phone. I get it digitally. No papers.
