Should i tell the hr during the initiation of the interview itself that i have a offer? What counter questions can i expect

OR

Should i hide the fact i have an offer and reveal it during the hr discussion.

Need your suggestions.

Yesterday my wife received HR calls from Google Fiber and Google. She has HR call for Revenue Reporting Data Analyst this week with Google and next week for Technical Solutions Consultant with Fiber. She is an expert in SQL, data modelling and developing KPIs & BI dashboards in Looker, Tableau, Power BI and Redash. What can be expected in the HR calls? And past that call, how would interview calls proceed for DA jobs in Google? Thanks!

Hey guys! I just completed my PDM round in IBM . However there was no compensation or salary discussion in that round? Is this normal? What I have got to know is that in PDM round only salary and related stuffs are discussed.

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.

Hi Guys. I have a second round interview with the Director of Marketing and IT Business Analyst. This is for a web designer position. Already answered the basic interview questions in the first round. What can I expect?

I plan on applying to accounting PhD programs later this year and every program requires letters of recommendation. I would love to get a letter from a partner at the firm I currently work at but I’m not sure how to go about it. If I ask for a letter they’ll know I have intentions of leaving but I plan on staying with the firm until I start the program which will be fall of 2021, almost a year after I ask for a letter. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about it?

If a recruiter places someone at the firm, are they ethically/contractually precluded from working with that person to eventually leave the firm? Let's say it's been over a year.

I’ve received an offer to be an OM at a startup but will also have EA duties. Frankly, over the course of the interviews, the job description has changed several times. It appears I would be expected to help 3 C-suite, the VP Operations, and some of the BizDev team (assuming I accept of course).

Recently a member of a specialized group at the national level reached out to me letting me know they would be hiring internally and they thought I’d be a good candidate if I were interested. I currently work for a local office department and am wondering if anyone can share experiences moving from local office to national/specialized groups? Did you like it/would you recommend? Is the work/life balance equitable?

I have interviewed with Google twice in the last year for PM. Both interviews had led to pretty detailed discussions after the first question and both interviewers have said they agreed with my explanations but I have not been able to move to the next round.
