Is anyone the only EA/Operations Manager for a small company (less than 50)? How do you manage?
I’ve received an offer to be an OM at a startup but will also have EA duties. Frankly, over the course of the interviews, the job description has changed several times. It appears I would be expected to help 3 C-suite, the VP Operations, and some of the BizDev team (assuming I accept of course).
Any insight is appreciated, thank you.
I always thought it would be a great way to get really, super skinny. (Yes, I’m that shallow 🤷🏼♀️)
Yah I thought the same thing about crack/cocaine
Not that getting an accountant’s perspective isn’t helpful... I mean, we have the best profession skepticism around
But maybe consider searching this on Reddit 🤷🏻♂️
Why not do it if youd like to? Worst thing that'll happen is they don't pick you for the show.
