How do you deal with imposter syndrome? I'm a new therapist and I work with a bunch of women who have been doing this for ages. They're all really sweet, but I can't help feeling like I'm way out of my league. I mostly see younger clients which I guess works in my favor, but I just feel like I'm totally incompetent compared to the women I work with.

As per my knowledge EPF interest is calculated month on month basis however it is credited at end of the financial year.

What if I transfer the EPF amount to other companies PF account will I be getting the whole year’s interest on the amount that is transferred at end of the financial year or else will it be on pro rata basis?

I’m a financial advisor (Series 7 and 66) and I really wish I would have become an accountant or investment banker. I like advising, but it’s a grind to find people to make new clients to sell to in order to survive. Are there any exit strategies for a successful young 26 y/o advisor to move to investment banking or a salaried advisor job?

How do you and your significant other split expenses such as rent and eating at restaurants? We are in our late 20s, not married, she works in tech and makes ~$150k while I am an Associate making ~$400k. We split our $4500 rent based on income so I pay 70% rent and I pay for all meals at restaurants (we eat out ~4 meals per week lunch or dinner). Interested in hearing how you all split these expenses and how your income splits between your partner

Unlike a lot of stories, I actually love my group and feel really guilty leaving - my seniors genuinely care so much about me, but ultimately I’ve closed enough deals where it’s just repetition and I don’t want to wake up 40 one day with nothing to show for my life except 20 years crankiin the office and whatever many deals I’ll have closed by then. what’s the best way to go about breaking the news?

Is it worth jumping from Lincoln to a EB/BB if my goal is to break into PE or even growth equity? I’ve been looking at LinkedIn and while exits exist they aren’t as ubiquitous as those from EB/BBs.
