Big decision. Took a job at a small org/higher level with shot to GC to develop my strategic/team building skills. Turns out that’s not the role. Different industry, more pay, work, development, opportunities to grow into F500 parent. I know I should be satisfied with decent $ & an easy job. What’s wrong with me? What to do?
