Worst in what way? You gotta qualify that.
But, KPMG.

Why
How can someone really know unless they have worked at all 4?
I worked at all except KPMG. I would rank from best to worst- PWC, Deloitte, then EY. I worked at Deloitte the longest. They had the best managers and technology. I really think it depends what team you end up. There are good and bad teams in all the big 4.
Worst is what way? It really depends on the group, people you work with and what you want in your career, right. I don’t think there is the worst or best big four tax practice. Only the one works best for you

Why do we need a gun to our head to answer this? Seems like a pretty extreme opening to a question. I’ll pass 👍

So many factors - office, service line, subjective definition of “worst”, etc. Each Big 4 has pros and cons. I would do research on which Big 4 is dominant in the market you are applying to. If it’s a big city like NYC, then they may all be pretty dominant. Then I’d look at the top dominant firms and try to understand who is on the team, what experience they have and if they are people who you want to work with.
No one here will be able to do all of the above for you. People jump firms when they are unhappy. People who worked at 3 of the 4 of them are huge red flag under performers. Do your own recon through LinkedIn and interviews.
